Meet Chef Antoine Dubois

Chef Antoine Dubois is a New Orleans native with a passion for Creole cuisine. He learned to cook from his grandmother, who passed down generations of family recipes. Before joining The Gilded Spoon, Chef Dubois worked at some of the city's most renowned restaurants, including Commander's Palace and Brennan's. He brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our kitchen, ensuring that every dish is a masterpiece.
